Use the powdered cleaner to 'backflush' your machine removing residual build-up from your machines brewing valves and tubes. We recommend you 'backflush' your machine once a week.
Thoroughly rinse group handles before re-using and always 're-season' your espresso machine by making and discarding an espresso from each cleaned group handle before using machine to serve drinks
