Our Pro Whip x VEJB 500ml Whipping Dispenser has a robust and premium finish of TUV-tested aluminium. Easily turn 1/2L of whipping cream into up to 1.5 litres of fresh whipped cream instantly! The emulsifying gas, Nitrous Oxide, whips and propels the cream – it also acts as a natural anti-biotic so the cream will stay fresh in the whipper for up to 14 days if kept in a fridge.
The Pro Whip x VEJB Whipping Dispenser is to be used with N2O Cream Chargers only for catering purposes. They are suitable for making whipped cream, hot or cold ‘espumas’, sauces, and mousses.
