Only the NDCC Compliance team have the ability to view your documents for up to 7 days before they are automatically erased (usually within 1 day). Your documents are not stored on the devices of our Compliance and Customer Services teams to eliminate the handling of your personal information.

N₂O (Nitrous Oxide) is used in the culinary industry as a propellant for whipping cream for drinks and cakes etc.

Nitrous oxide is preferred in these applications because it is odourless, tasteless, and non-reactive, making it ideal for food preparation without affecting the flavour or quality.

Cartridges are filled with liquified gas under high pressure. Please ensure the cartridge is empty of gas before removing it from your device. Cartridge gets very cold when it is punctured.

If you are burnt by freezing gas you must immediately seek medical advice. A high pressure gas burn can cause deep tissue damage which is not immediately obvious at the time of the injury.

Cream Chargers are not refillable. They are made with 100% recyclable steel or aluminium. Please check with your local council that they are safe to put in your metal can recycling once they have been fully emptied of all pressurised gas.

Canisters can also be recycled at specific recycling centres in the UK.
