Introducing the UK's most popular cream whippers, this mini 250ml cream whipper can instantly produce up to 750ml of fresh whipped cream using 8g nitrous oxide (N2O) gas cartridges.

N2O cream chargers are affordable and easy to use. Also, N2O acts as a natural antibiotic, keeping the cream fresh in the whipper for up to 10 days when refrigerated.

Please note that this whipper is only suitable for making whipped cream; for Espumas or hot sauces, consider purchasing one of our commercial-grade Stainless Steel whippers.

This product should not be used with hot ingredients and should be hand-washed.

The cream whipper features a cast aluminium head, high-quality stainless steel valves, and moving parts. It can be completely dismantled for cleaning and replacing parts, and the silicone head gasket provides excellent resistance to high and low temperatures.

Comes complete with a charger holder, two dispensing nozzles, and a cleaning brush. The airtight system meets the highest food safety and quality standards.
