This sauce has helped me to nail the perfect homemade iced mochas. Add 2 espresso shots, 3 pumps of sauce and ice to shaker; mix and chocolate has blended with coffee and add milk. So good. Not too sweet and perfect for cutting through the bitterness of the unsweetened coffee The sauce is also good for dessert toppings and great with profiteroles. I also bought the milk chocolate version but found it too sickly.
