This ladle is compatible with a crepe machine that has a 40cm diameter stainless steel plate. It's simple to use and is trusted by professionals. You're guaranteed quality as this ladle is made from stainless steel with a sturdy finish.
Compatible with most crepe batters, however as buckwheat is thicker we would advise using our 125ml stainless crepe ladle!
Before using this crepe ladle, we would advise giving it a wash with warm and soapy water to ensure it is properly clean. We would also recommend washing it the same method after each use, this will ensure great hygiene.

Great product, but expensive. If the original Krampouz ladle in the Diabolo was bigger I could have avoided the need to buy so Krampouz really needs to adjust that to a bigger size
