The 5kg tub is a great size for cafes, bakeries and restaurants and it's resealable, offering maximum freshness when it's not being used, this also ensures your desserts turn out in the best possible quality.
It's ready to use straight out of the tub however for coatings we advise to warm it up in the microwave or bain-marie at 50-55°C. This filling is also freeze/thaw stable.
