How to make (per 1000g mix and 50ml water):
- Place Flapjack Mix (1kg) into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
- Add water (50ml) and mix for 30 seconds at a slow speed.
- Place flapjack mix into tray
Suggested scaling amounts and cooking time:
- Baking Temperatures 176⁰c /350⁰F (Fan Assisted 150⁰c / 302⁰F)
- 18x30 sheet, Bake for 25-30 minutes
