Coconut cream is a vital ingredient in many cocktails and food dishes, from Thai green curry to Pina Coladas. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut has a similar taste to coconut milk but with a thicker, paste-like consistency.
Originally made by Don Ramon Lopez Irizarry in a small Puerto Rican lab by combining coconut cream with natural cane sugar, Coco Lopez became the original ingredient for Piña Colada in 1954 and is now distributed to over 50 countries.
Made from naturally derived coconut cream from sun-ripened Caribbean coconuts.
