This Luxury Cookie Mix from Amor is brilliant if you're looking to make tasty, chewy cookies whilst being easy to make. Amor's Cookie Mix is great for any bakery, cafe or dessert parlour as it offers a great cost per kg, ultimately offering high profitability!
Feel free to add your own inclusions like chocolate chips, nuts or fruit for an extra bit of flavour and texture.
Please note that chocolate chips are not included.
Cookie Mixing Instructions (per 1000g mix, 60ml water and 150g butter)
- Combine the cookie mix with margarine or butter, then mix for 3-5 minutes at medium speed.
- Add 60ml of water and mix until the dough has formed.
- Add chocolate chips or inclusions of your choice (if required).
Each 3kg bag makes:
72 x 56g cookies (bake at 155°C for 10 minutes)
26 x 160g giant cookies (bake at 180°C for 9 minutes)
Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Baking time and temperature may vary by appliance used.
