Monin Black Forest Syrup

We have just listed Monin Black Forest syrup on the website.

This comes in a 1Litre plastic bottle. Which is lucky as I managed to drop the bottle I have as a sample. Phew! Opening the bottle for a sniff, I can smell cherry and marzipan? Hmmm lovely :)

Need a couple of recipe ideas?

With alcohol (well it IS Friday, it would be rude not to):

• 20ml Black Forest Syrup
• 40ml brandy
• 30ml cream

mix in a shaker with ice. Serve in a cocktail glass.

Without alcohol:

• 30ml Black Forest Monin syrup
• 150ml hot and frothy milk
• 1 espresso

Pour everything into a glass and mix well. enjoy.

Ingredients:
Sugar, water, flavouring, concentrated cherry juice (min 10%), colouring agents (E163, caramel E150a). Contains cocoa extract.
