Popcorn Martini Recipe

Friday night is movie night in our house. As the dark nights start to draw nearer, we love nothing more than snuggling up on the sofa to watch a movie with the fire on.

This is a wonderful martini cocktail recipe idea to try out for movie night. This recipe is very quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 2 shots Monin popcorn syrup
• Dash of sea salt
• 30ml fresh cream
• 50ml rum
• ice
• 10ml Caramel topping Sauce to garnish

Method:

Using a cocktail shaker, add the ice, rum, cream, salt and syrup and shake vigorously until well blended together. Pour the mixture into a martini/cocktail glass. Squirt some topping sauce over your finished drink for some added Zazzle.
